New Small Lot Project at Wilston


House Design for a 10.0 Wide block

One of our latest projects in Wilston, a two storey design at street level and three storeys to the rear. The main living areas are on the top level and capture the city views. Because the design exceeds the small lot height restrictions the council application was code accessable under the Brisbane City 2014 town plan.
